Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Payroll Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage relationship with Payroll vendor by engaging ticketing system and researching and resolving any payroll vendor related issues
• Partner with Accounting on payroll related inquires
• Establish standards and procedures and resolution of technical issues and complex problems

Qualifications Include:

• HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of work experience in payroll
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience processing a multi-state payroll
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Effectively analyze Information to resolve complex problems
