Job Summary

A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Payroll Analyst in Santa Clara.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with processing US Payroll for approximately 3000 employees
• Develop and distribute a variety of payroll reports to various stakeholders
• Assist with Payroll audits, reconciliations, etc.

Required Skills:

• Must have 1 - 2 years proven experience with Workday Payroll and Workday HR
• Must have 3 - 5 years proven experience processing multi-state payroll for at least 1,000 employees
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong Analytical skills with an intermediate experience level with Microsoft Excel
• Good written and communication skills
