Job Summary
A cybersecurity startup is in need of a Remote Senior Payroll and Compensation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing or improving policies, guidelines and tools for global compensation, rewards, and benefits programs
- Owning, identifying, and resolving global compensation and benefit related issues and inquiries in collaboration with the People team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Hands-on experience in compensation/rewards and benefits principles, best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, and payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree and ~4+ years of experience
- Familiarity with various People tools
