Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Payroll Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company pay practices, state and federal laws
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Process paid and unpaid leaves of absence, wage adjustments, classification changes, and deduction modifications
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong background administering FMLA, Leave of Absence, Health & Welfare, EAP COBRA, 401(k), and Workers compensation plans
- 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all benefit programs
- Advanced knowledge of employee benefits and payroll systems
