Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Payroll Stock Programs Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, testing and hyper-care
  • Gathering pain points from end users, design a solution, develop a project plan, and partner with stakeholders for completion

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with global payroll operations including RSU/ESPP elements, Workday technology, and process mapping
  • Subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, Workday HCM, and Workday integrations impacting payroll
  • Experience with (or desire to learn) Alteryx, Smartsheets, PowerBi, Mural, and LucidCharts
