A provider of corporate learning and training modules is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Payroll Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating resolution to escalated client situations
- Becoming our main client contact’s trusted partner
- Solving complex and basic common user problems in real time
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Extensive experience with payroll software support
- Ability to manage client relationships and execute on complex business strategies
- Experience in facilitating root cause analysis
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Light programming experience; COBOL and CSL
