An online fashion subscription and personal styling service has an open position for a Remote Senior People and Culture Business Partner Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead in quest to revolutionize human resources.
• Serve as the primary People Partner to one or more of our core functions
• Coach managers and leaders to lead their teams, navigate and resolve employee relations

Required Skills:

• You have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a business partner role
• You have collaborated with business leaders
• You build trust easily and are known for your deep relationships across an organization
• You’re knowledgeable in multiple human resource disciplines
• You have experience guiding leaders through critical employee lifecycle milestones
• You are exceptionally organized and thrive in high-volume
