Job Summary
A real estate consultant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior People and Culture Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, building, implementing and iterating new people practices
- Partnering with our leaders to not only embed new people practices but also to gain feedback and iterate our approach
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Honed the skill sets described above
- Ideally have strong experience in a Senior People person role in a scaling startup
- Empathy and compassion
- Great at designing, managing and taking ownership of projects
- A bonafide generalist with a creative flair
