Job Summary
A mental health telemedicine company has a current position open for a Remote Senior People Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interfacing with company employees and triage HR-related needs as the first point of contact
- Processing updates and changes to HRIS systems and employee files as needed
- Organizing and becoming subject matter expert on People/HR related benefits and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity
- Your work history should include work at a fast-growing startup organization
- Familiarity and comfortable working in remote/distributed teams
- Knowledgeable about all state and national regulations concerning all aspects of employment
- Customer service attitude toward internal employees and leaders
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR
