Job Summary

A real estate technology startup company is seeking a Remote Senior People Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading, partnering, designing, and executing client group specific initiatives and programs
  • Coaching and advising managers and leaders on complex People matters
  • Coaching and advising line managers on day-to-day performance management

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • 7+ years of overall work experience in progressively responsible professional HR roles
  • Significant experience with HR employment-related laws/regulations in multi-state environment
  • Broad business and financial understanding and the skill to apply to human resource implications
