A consumer electronics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior People Business Partner Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translate business strategies, objectives and challenges into the appropriate HR actions
- Leverage workforce analytics and strategic planning to develop talent strategies
- Ensure organizations are structured for optimal performance and agility
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10 years’ experience or equivalent in HR business partnering role and/or strategic planning
- Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex situations
- Ability to use data to drive decision making and inform your actions and recommendations
- Demonstrates business acumen and accountability
- Is a change leader
