An education administration organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior People Director.

• Partnering with our CPO to lead and deliver best-in-class management practices

Qualifications for this position include:

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
• Strong business orientation and a bias towards action and problem-solving
• 10+ years of HR generalist experience with 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Knowledge and practical application of state and federal employment laws
• Proficiency in UKG Pro and ability to quickly learn HRIS systems
• Proven ability to link HR initiatives that support the strategic plan with clear accountability and metrics that measure HR's performance
