Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Senior People Experience Partner in Tustin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating, driving and executing small and large company-wide initiatives
• Partnering with teams and managers to create tailored experiences around team building
• Partnering with our Workplace Experience Coordinator to execute special company mailings, gifts, and campaigns

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working closely with multiple vendors and internal departments
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, leadership or a relevant related field
• Experience that demonstrates ability to create new, virtual event programs from the ground up
• Minimum 5 years of events and program management experience
• Thrives in highly ambiguous, very fast-moving environment
• Project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver events on time and on budget
