Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior People Operations and Payroll Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain our HCM for all reporting, data quality, auditing and functionality
- Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding benefits, paychecks, time reporting and pay policies
- Maintain and complete all FMLA, Medical Leave, Unemployment and ADA employee requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a people/human resources operations role
- Experience managing leaves of absences, FMLA, and ADA requests
- Experienced with benefits administration
- Solid knowledge of HR Practices, Federal & State employment laws
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
