Job Summary
A restaurant management software platform has an open position for a Remote Senior People Operations Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to strategic planning for annual review and renewal of all benefits programs
- Being responsible for benefits administration, including resolving benefits-related issues
- Monitoring benefit plan designs and makes recommendations based on current trends, utilization, and effectiveness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Benefits/LOA Specialist
- Knowledge of ADA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, USERRA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, PFL, STD, and LTD
- MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel required
- Capable of third party vendor systems and reporting
- Outstanding customer service and ability to lead crucial conversations
- Excellent computer and technical skills including HRIS functional development, maintenance, troubleshooting and reporting
