Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Senior People Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and adhere to annual budget planning for People Operations function
  • Oversee and ensure multi-state bi-weekly exempt and non-exempt payroll is processed accurately
  • Solicit buy-in as needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of direct people manager experience
  • Deep familiarity with the functional requirements for this role
  • 8+ of relevant payroll and benefits professional experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
  • Experienced with communicating complex ideas to varying levels of leadership
  • Understanding of federal and state regulations on benefits, retirement, leaves of absence
  • Knowledge & understanding of equity, mobility programs and multi-state tax theory
