An online learning platform is in need of a Remote Senior People Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and ultimately being responsible for employment compliance reporting
- Processing and controlling owner for leaves and benefits programs
- Supporting benefits program, enrollments, end-to-end open enrollment, and compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience and knowledge in supporting employees and local programs
- 3-5 years of People Operations experience working in a dynamic environment
- Experience documenting and drafting content related to processes
