Job Summary

A human resources and hiring services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior People Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build modern people programs
• Handle all reporting requests on all things People & Culture
• Work with us in achieving our OKR's

Qualifications for this position include:

• Understand modern people practices vs traditional HR
• Can work asynchronously without supervision
• Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a strong ability to demonstrate confidentiality and advocate for fair equitable people process
