Job Summary
An information technology company that offers consulting and software development services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Peoplesoft Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform highly complex data management functions at an enterprise level
- Install, integrate, upgrade and manage PeopleSoft database environments and structures
- Troubleshoot operational and systems issues ranging from difficult to highly complex, including problems with multiple solutions and potential significant consequences
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated undertanding of the principles, practices and methods of project management as they apply to information technology projects
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft 9.2, People Tools 8.5+, Oracle 19C+ and Oracle PL/SQL
- Ability to perform PeopleSoft database and systems troubleshooting, optimization and tuning to resolve complex data and systems management, communication and interoperating problems
- Ability to establish industry best practices for performance management of Oracle/PeopleSoft databases
- Demonstrated understanding of the application complexities of all PeopleSoft 9.2 environments including, but not limited to, HCM, North American Payroll, and Financials
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel, both orally and in writing
