Job Summary
A provider of critical health and human services programs has a current position open for a Remote Senior Performance Analytics Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining, documenting, and maintaining business needs, requirements, and user documentation
- Facilitating discussion among stakeholders
- Validating requirements, process design, and business intelligence/reporting needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience
- 5+ year’s successful application of process-driven analysis skills and requirements elicitation
- 5+ years’ of analytic thinking, applying methods to determine root cause/solve problems
- 2+ years’ experience creating reports and interrogating data using Microstrategy
- SQL (advanced) skills required
