Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Performance Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability
  • Architect solutions for Platform reliability, scaling, benchmarking, API tuning
  • Develop performance and scale test plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 12+ years of Performance Engineering experience
  • 3 + years of experience leading and mentoring scale/performance engineers
  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and any related discipline
  • Experience architecting solutions for high volume transactional systems
  • Understanding of hardware and software considerations and tuning for low latency workloads
  • Experience designing and developing fault tolerance and scalable systems
