A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Performance Marketing and Enablement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing compelling performance marketing programs
• Managing the performance and effectiveness of demand generation marketing programs
• Designing and driving a measurable test and learn approach

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of related experience in B2B demand generation
• Direct experience executing programs across key performance marketing channels
• Expertise in developing and executing measurable performance marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools
• Proficiency in performance marketing campaign execution and measurement platforms
• Experience in a marketing, sales, or other enablement role responsible for building capacity
