Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of in-house experts
• Working to improve budgeting/forecasting, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
• Supporting management of annual operating budgets and work closely with VP Performance Marketing

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
• 10+ years of experience in marketing with key focus on digital performance marketing
• Experience leading performance marketing teams either on the agency side or complete in-house team
• Demonstrated experience implementing performance marketing initiatives
• Thorough understanding of Affiliate platforms and economics
• Deep understanding and hands-on platform experience with Facebook and Google Ads
