Job Summary
A financial and business services company is seeking a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all paid marketing with the focus on revenue growth, ROAS and customer acquisition cost
- Build a culture of testing and innovation as we start to scale the paid advertising channels (Digital + OOH)
- Drive experimentation on new channels as well as testing and optimization of existing channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience focused in performance marketing
- You have experience with multiple acquisition channels, AB testing, creative testing, and landing page testing
- You have a proven track record in a high growth business B2B business
- You have experience scaling spend and acquiring new channels
- You have strong analytical skills and built attribution methods
