Job Summary

A women's health company is in need of a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for the company’s acquisition strategy, operations, and performance
• Being responsible for identifying and testing new channel opportunities
• Being responsible for driving performance by testing and executing campaigns

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years of professional experience in a DTC eCommerce performance-based marketing role
• An expert with proven success in paid social (FB/IG, Tiktok), post iOS 14 changes
• Comfortable, adept with hands-on experience in Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
• Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics
• Creative thinker with an eye for design
• Excellent track record of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with high ROI
