Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Building the Performance Marketing function from the ground up
Driving growth through existing channels while testing and validating new channels
Evaluating performance of the program and individual channels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience in the performance marketing space
Have built and led a performance marketing strategy from $0 to $5M+ in spend
Have managed large marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI
An expert in paid search and have direct experience managing channels
Highly analytical with proficiency in A/B testing and maximizing LTV/CAC
Experience managing relationships with various marketing agencies
