Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building the Performance Marketing function from the ground up
- Driving growth through existing channels while testing and validating new channels
- Evaluating performance of the program and individual channels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in the performance marketing space
- Have built and led a performance marketing strategy from $0 to $5M+ in spend
- Have managed large marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI
- An expert in paid search and have direct experience managing channels
- Highly analytical with proficiency in A/B testing and maximizing LTV/CAC
- Experience managing relationships with various marketing agencies
