Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building the Performance Marketing function from the ground up
• Driving growth through existing channels while testing and validating new channels
• Evaluating performance of the program and individual channels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in the performance marketing space
• Have built and led a performance marketing strategy from $0 to $5M+ in spend
• Have managed large marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI
• An expert in paid search and have direct experience managing channels
• Highly analytical with proficiency in A/B testing and maximizing LTV/CAC
• Experience managing relationships with various marketing agencies
