A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Performance Optimization Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the near and long term roadmap development
- Drive achievement of significant change in operations performance
- Improvement playbook that allows middle management to drive performance improvement within their teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 - 5 years of direct business experience in integrated healthcare delivery system organizations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build consensus and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, patience and ability to navigate large, matrixed organization
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth, unstructured environment
