Job Summary
A pet insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Pet Insurance Claims Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the inbound claims volume according to standard operating procedures and necessary turn-around times
- Managing the Work in Process claims to acceptable levels
- Improving the turn-around times for claims that have missing docs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed P&C adjuster
- Minimum 15 years experience in claims handling, ideally in high frequency lines of business like Travel or Product Warranty
- Minimum 5 years experience in management
- Experience in Pet Health Insurance strongly preferred
