Remote Senior Pet Insurance Claims Director

Job Summary

A pet insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Pet Insurance Claims Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the inbound claims volume according to standard operating procedures and necessary turn-around times
• Managing the Work in Process claims to acceptable levels
• Improving the turn-around times for claims that have missing docs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Licensed P&C adjuster
• Minimum 15 years experience in claims handling, ideally in high frequency lines of business like Travel or Product Warranty
• Minimum 5 years experience in management
• Experience in Pet Health Insurance strongly preferred
