Job Summary

A retail pet care e-commerce company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Pet Nutrition and Wellness New Product Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Define and develop new products on time
• Set up and manage KPIs related to the category
• Manage the ongoing review of processes with continuous improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5 years of product development experience in CPG
• 3 years focused on new products
• Experience working with a network of contract manufacturers
• Extensive experience working with and optimizing a Stage Gate process
• Pet food experience and/or human nutritional supplements experience
