Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Pharmacy Complaint Appeals Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying potential risks and cost implications
- Ensuring work of team meets federal and state requirements
- Researching claim processing logic
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Medicare and/or Medicaid knowledge
- Experience in reading or researching benefit language
- At least 5 years of experience that includes but is not limited to claim platforms, products, and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills
