Job Summary
A customer success platform company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Platform Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to inbound help requests from customers
- Contributing to and helping improve the general Customer Success process followed by the entire team
- Managing a book of business and ensuring their success with the company product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Skilled across several areas in customer relationship management
- An excellent writer, from documentation to customer communication, writing will be key
- Experienced with common post-sales SaaS tools
- A natural problem solver, you can break big problems down into smaller ones with ease
- A skilled project manager and juggler of multiple responsibilities
