Job Summary
A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Platform Engineering Architect.
Must be able to:
- Be a key technical contributor to projects
- Deliver Secure, Resilient, and highly available APIs and platform Infrastructure
- Take primary ownership of key components of our public cloud footprint
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing cloud resources
- 8+ years of implementation and operations experience with production systems in public cloud environments
- Strong Experience with managing infrastructure as code
- An experienced technology leader
- Deep understanding of distributed system design, micro service architecture, and containers
- Bachelors in IT or 8+ years Infrastructure Management, Consulting, or related experience
