Job Summary
A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Senior Platform Security Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate tradeoffs in approaches to complex data problems
- Design and implement code strategies that offer extensibility engagable by engineers
- Build usable solutions that are securable and capable to adapt to rapidly evolving landscapes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as CS, CIS or Engineering
- Experience with large-scale, business-critical Linux environments
- Experience with indexing strategies in Splunk, ES, and SQL
- Experience operating within the cloud, preferably Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with Salt, Chef, Ansible, or general configuration management principles
