Job Summary

An automation software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Platform Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Extend and contribute back to open source modules we use
  • Coach/mentor more junior staff on patterns and practices
  • Identify and champion for tech-debt items to be addressed/resolved

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of programming experience with Python or Golang (for kubernetes)
  • 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current cloud systems
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with unit testing / code testing
  • Experience with API technologies combined with security mechanisms/practices
  • Experience with Kafka or similar distributed message queues
