Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Policy and Performance Underwriter .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Applying advanced knowledge of contracts, underwriting programs, guidelines, and processes
• Contributing to the development and implementation of business guidelines and strategies consistent with company policy and goals
• Monitoring performance and recommending new solutions or changes to underwriting policies, programs, products and processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a Degree
• 6 or more years Experience in P&C, Project Management, Process Engineering, Supplier Management, or Channel Management
• Advanced knowledge of relevant industry practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
• Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Access; Data Analysis Tools; and any other applicable Internal/External System
