A screening tests provider is in need of a Remote Senior Polyglot Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analysing question usage and quality
- Putting questions through the quality assurance process
- Finding and coaching experts in online communities who are interested in collaboration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend get together every few months
- Able to help users create the tests they need
- Can improve questions, based on score distribution, user and candidate feedback
- Able to handle candidates’ question-related inquiries
