Job Summary
A science and technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior PostgreSQL Database Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the community edition PostgreSQL databases throughout the development and production lifecycles
- Designing, building, configuring, testing and updating for PostgreSQL server databases
- Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of automated methods and best practices for installation and configuration of PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of the PostgreSQL architecture
- At least 2 years of experience using Python
- Implementing operational automation
- Documentation skills for creating processes and procedures
