A human resources service provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Pre Sales Support Manager in Ann Arbor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading & managing global Sales Support team to serve as primary tier one support for global sales team
- Developing team members with specific subject-matter expertise within all business areas
- Developing effective processes to streamline pre-sales support, create efficiences and scale for the sales organization as we grow
Qualifications for this position include:
- Background and expertise in an area of Human Resources: HRIS, Payroll Operations, Benefits or similar
- 5+ year experience in a Sales Support in a B2B SaaS environment
- 2+ years managing a Sales or Customer-facing support organization in a B2B SaaS environment
- Successful track record of automating manual processes
