An IT and engineering firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing systems management and integration functions
- Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems
- Analyzing or recommending commercially available software
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in related discipline and 9 years of experience Oe 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 10 years experience in Cisco UCCE development and deployment as well as Script Design and Deployment
- 10 years experience in SQL Query Analyzer/RCD/TCD/Call Trace/Log Analysis
- 7 years experience in Process development, support and implementation of systems architecture
- Must have advanced knowledge of a Call Center environment
- Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation security clearance
