Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and implementing all aspects of our data product
- Owning and influencing our People Analytics Enterprise Data Model
- Establishing practices of assessing the architecture risks
Qualifications for this position include:
- extensive knowledge with operationalizing end to end data platforms
- 10+ years of experience leading development of modern data architecture platforms
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with streaming platforms, tools, and frameworks
- 5+ years designing Logical and physical Data Models for DW/BI applications
- 5+ years hands-on software development experience writing proficient code in Java, Scala, or Python
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise-class BI presentation layer platforms
