Job Summary
A communications company is in need of a Remote Senior Principal Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build highly productive and powerful relationships within assigned business unit(s)
- Proactively contribute to the transformation of the HR operating model
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop and enhance sustainable solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Ability to use professional concepts to develop resolution for critical issues
- Seen as an expert in the human resources business field
- Ability to provide mentorship and coaching to developing HR Business Partners
- Ability to champion of all the HR tools, platforms and systems available
- Ability to develop an effective HR (short and long term) integration strategy
