Job Summary

An organizational consulting and staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Principal Leadership Coach in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Cultivating leader’s capabilities to unlock their full potential with a passionate and creative style
• Helping individuals design, reimagine, or explore their leadership style and impact at various stages in their careers, helping them create both the vision and the action plan to achieve their goals
• Helping leaders know themselves intimately by creating awareness through self-reflection and self-assessment, using proprietary tools that are customized to fit the client’s need

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years coaching experience coaching leaders with Fortune 500 companies
• ICF certification preferred or other national coaching recognized designations
• 15 years’ work experience within business, marketing, technology, engineering, sales & finance, and/or HR Experience in coaching leaders in large, dynamic, and complex environments with a deep expertise in leadership development and a focus on coaching for results
• Experience using psychometric assessments to inform coaching goals
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and across an organization
