Remote Senior Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A retail technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Principal Product Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design and ship across our B2C consumer experience
• Create and share a robust system of design artifacts including prototypes, flows, journeys, personas, etc
• Advocate for Design Culture and Best Practices across the organization

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years as a Product Designer
• Proactive, self-starter work ethic, entrepreneurial personality
• Familiarity with a Human-Centered approach to Design
• A high level of empathy - for both our customers and internal collaborators
• Ability to back decisions with data and research
• Proficiency in Figma
