Remote Senior Principal Research Scientist

Job Summary

A learning center is filling a position for a Remote Senior Principal Research Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and managing a research agenda to drive decision making around enhancements
• Independently designing and conducting psychometric and research analyses
• Providing input to engineering and product teams on capabilities needed

Required Skills:

• Less than 20% travel
• Ph.D. in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics or related field
• At least 5-10 years of experience conducting operational psychometrics for large scale assessment programs
• Demonstrated experience with applying both item response theory and classical test theory methods
• Proficiency in statistical programming
• Must meet all other listed company requirements
