Remote Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer and Architect
Job Summary
A software and technology development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer and Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the management of system architecture
- Collaborate with IT, Product and data teams to ensure operational data use cases and API's are performance tested at scale
- Interface with IT, Product and Data teams to guide them with architectural decisions around Day-1 and Day-2 operations
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years experience with enterprise configuration management such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- 1+ year experience with Kubernetes or docker-based containers
- 3+ years experience delivering hosted services under SLA
- 3+ years leading an SRE/DevOps/Service Delivery geographically distributed team
- 5+ years experience working in Public Cloud infra
- Superior communications skills and experience working directly with and presenting to customers
