Job Summary

A cloud-based software and technology developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Principal Software Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding customer requirements and translate them in to key constructs, concepts, resource model, APIs, KPIs, key UI elements
  • Defining the control plane architecture for supporting high availability, scalability, security, data privacy, encryption, access control, lifecycle management, monitoring, and diagnostics
  • Creating detailed technical specification, and hands on prototyping when needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience as hands-on product development for customer facing data platform products
  • Very good understanding of data platform market, competition and industry trends
  • Experience with building, launching and operating cloud native services for data platform
