Job Summary
An aerospace and defense technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide sourcing support for a variety of engineering and technical areas
- Anticipate and deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions to recruiters
- Source and recruit qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to travel 10%
- Bachelor’s degree and six years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience;
- OR a master's degree and four years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
- OR four additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearancejobs
