A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Privacy Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise
• Enabling the company to maintain its rapid pace of innovation
• Training employee teams on data protection requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission in good standing to one state bar or equivalent
• 5-7 years relevant general privacy related experience
• In-depth understanding of the necessary pieces of a robust privacy compliance program
• Intimate knowledge of the GDPR and CCPA
