Job Summary

A marketing software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Privacy Counsel Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the continued development, maintenance and improvement of global privacy program
  • Manage data privacy projects
  • Develop and scale Privacy-By-Design strategies

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team, working on privacy and data protection
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
  • Experience with managing a privacy program and product counseling
  • Degree and membership in at least one state bar
