Job Summary
A financial services and investment company is seeking a Remote Senior Problem Analyst .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying problems through the review and focus on optimizing processes
- Ensure that problems progress through the Problem Management process in a timely and prioritized fashion
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to refine operating processes and procedures to deliver and restore service more efficiently
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ITIL Service Operations or technology-based role and 2 years working experience as a Problem Manager
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, business partners and customers
- Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
